If you are unable to attend work for any reason please call as soon as possible with as much notice as is humanly possible.

Holiday

Let me know of any annual leave you have coming up so I can get cover.  Send this to me on email, I have a 2 day SLA so if I haven't replied in this time please follow up via phone).  Thank U Pilates is closed over Christmas for two weeks.

Pay

Money is important so if you haven't been paid and you should have been, please pick up that phone and call me.  Please make sure I have your correct bank details.

Pre-class ramble

  • Please encourage clients to read their “What’s On” Saturday email each week

  • Check in with new starters, as life is busy and they often miss the New Starter email, which can leave them unsure about how things work, this has info on equipment and booking.

  • Remind clients they can book a full month of classes in advance, their month starts on the date they joined, if unsure of when this is, contact Chantal.

  • All instructions and booking links are included in the What’s On and New Starter emails

  • All admin requests, or questions should be directed to Chantal directly (details are on the website)

  • If clients need to contact you, please kindly redirect them to contact Chantal who will pass the message on.

  • Always ask before the start of the class if anyone has any injuries or any information they feel that you need to know before they start moving.

Keys

As key holders, you must ensure that premises are left clean and secure.  That all windows are shut and all lights have been turned off at the end.  All doors to the outside are locked.  Any issues with the halls please do report to me via email unless it is urgent then please do call.  

Long Ditton Village Hall has issues with teens climbing on the roof and gaining access to the hall.  Please do not leave the front door unlocked and unattended.  Open it before class to allow our members to get in, but please lock it once class begins.  If another hirer has left it on the latch, then please still lock it, then we can confirm that we are doing as per the halls request.

Please do pass on any feedback from customers.  If you have any suggestions, please do share them. I’m always open to considering ideas where they are feasible for the business and aligned with our values.  

As a small, owner-run business alongside family life, I do my best to keep everything running smoothly. I really appreciate your patience and understanding when needed.

What's On

Health and Consent Information

Your regular clients will be sent to you in bulk, if you clients who are coming across from another class this will be sent to you the evening before your class.  If you have not received it please do message me and ask for it.  All clients are asked on the health form if they give permission to participate in photos but they can withdraw consent at any time, if they inform you of this, then do ask them to confirm this on email to Chantal.

Always ask before the start of the class if anyone has any injuries or any information they feel that you need to know before they start moving.
