How to book a class

Hello and welcome, lovely!

 

We are so glad you’re here. To get you started on your Pilates journey, please follow the instructions below. It might take a moment to get everything set up, so please do have a little patience with the process—we promise it’s worth it!

Firstly decide what you are here to do and the click on the relevant link to get you there.

​

Please note that to get your password for the first time you will not be creating a password - please rest your password.

Reset password

Please go to https://www.thankupilates.com/login2tuptv and follow steps 1-4 to reset your password.

Then decide if you want to use an app or a website to make your bookings and follow the relevant instructions below.  Please ensure to go to the troubleshooting area if you get stuck

Sign in with your login details by clicking I Already Have a Wix Account.

 

If the app asks for an Invite Code please use MJSNHT

Log in to the Fit by Wix

1. Click on Book Now

2. Select which class you want to book on and click Book

3. Select the date you want to book on and then click the time.

4. Click Book Now

5. Repeat the booking process for the month.

Cancel App

Cancelling or Rescheduling via the app

1. Click on your profile icon top left corner

2. Click on your profile and name 

3. Click on Bookings.

4. Find which booking you want to cancel or reschedule, and select the three dots to the right of it.

5. Collect Cancel or Reschedule and then follow steps on screen.

If you are having problems check the below list out for help:

​

  • If the app asks for an Invite Code please use MJSNHT

  • Ensure you are using the email address that you used originally to join Thank U Pilates.

  • If your email has underscores in it, please use a different email address, the system sometimes refuses entry for this.  

  • If you prefer not to use a SMART phone then follow the below instructions to book via the website

  • Once you have made a booking if you want to see what bookings you made in the future, you go to Booking History 

  • The system runs on a monthly basis, from when your subscription was set up in Wix.  

  • If using the web browser on a mobile phone and you want to book a class you have not booked before go to https://www.thankupilates.com/book-online

  • Having problems finding the day you want to book on?  The class you are expecting to see is not showing?  The system needs you to come fully out and rebook.  Go to https://www.thankupilates.com/book-online. Select the day and time you want to attend and then you will be able to see the class you are looking for.

  1. log into site as a member (use your TUP TV logins or if you have been sent a reset email, then please do this and use these login details), and go to My Bookings.

​2. Then clicked on check out our services​

3. Then click on Book Now on the service I wanted to book on ​

4. Select the date you want to book and pressed next

​​

5. Then click book now

​

6. Repeat the booking process for the month, make sure when you go into My Bookings the second time that you select History to be able to see the Check Out These Services Button.

Cancel Web

Cancelling or Rescheduling a class via Web Browser

Once you have logged in.

​

Please go to My bookings.

​

Then in the Upcoming section please locate your booking you want to cancel and click on Manage.

Then click on Cancel or if you want to Reschedule click that instead.
