What happens now?

 

  1. Please complete the Health & Consent Questionnaire on the link below (or if you are known to me and have a new health condition do let me know by recompleting) www.thankupilates.com/health

  2. Please save the Zoom link is https://us02web.zoom.us/j/3679031154 and password is 932293

  3. Set a reminder in your calendar starting on 05th of May daily (week days only) for 6 weeks.  If you want to join in with the lives then add the reminder for 08:00 otherwise whenever suits you best.

  4. Save the recordings link to your favourites, you will have access for 6 months, so if you want to you can do it again https://www.thankupilates.com/summer-ready .

  5. Please take some before photos.  These are best taken in your underwear or swim suit.  You do not need to share these, this is for you, so you can see the difference in your body.

  6. Pick some weights (1kg or less).  You can use a couple of water bottles if you do not want to buy weights, however I do advise you do invest in some weights to get best results.  I advise getting a pair of ankle weights https://tinyurl.com/2ankleweight and a pair of dumbbells https://tinyurl.com/2weights.  The links are suggestions, but as always do your own research before investing in any equipment to see if its best for you and at the right price.​

  7. Please take your measurements weight and waist and complete the form below.  This should take approximately 5-10 mins, the answer can be as short or as long as you like.
