What should you expect now. Watch your mailbox for an email from me thankupilates@gmail.com coming on Sunday 4th of May with your reminder for class which starts on 06:10 on zoom. Due to the bank holiday we will begin on Tueday the 5th of May.

If that time doesn't suit you then no worries the recording will be available to you by 13:00 that day, and you will be emailed when it is available.

Please take some before photos. These are best taken in your underwear or swim suit. You do not need to share these unless you want to. This is for you, so you can see the difference in your body. It is really good to do this so please do ensure you have these.

Make sure you have your weights ready (1kg or less). You can use a couple of water bottles if you do not want to buy weights, however I do advise you do invest in some weights to get best results. I advise getting a pair on ankle weights and a pair of dumbells. Links below are suggestions, but as always do your own research before investing in any equipment to see if its best for you.
